Ostrich is a naturally lean novel protein, making it an excellent choice for dogs avoiding more common protein sources such as chicken or beef. It naturally contains essential amino acids together with nutrients including iron and vitamin B12. Ostrich also naturally contains collagen and glucosamine, nutrients commonly found in connective tissue.
